In hypervision, a report is a summary that brings together the data from the systems integrated into the hypervision software. This summary, visible in the form of an interface, will therefore retrieve all the data such as alarms in progress, status and faults so that you can plan actions on these systems, which could be maintenance on a system for example. The report will also allow you to have very global data such as for example the number of visitors of a building. Note that the data in the report always comes from the systems!
As far as incidents are concerned, the report is also a tool to measure the effectiveness of the actions you have taken to resolve an incident. Indeed, when an incident occurs, your operator as well as the intervention teams will carry out missions to resolve the event and a lot of data will be analysed in order to improve the process of incident resolution
For example, in the event of a fire in a building, the report tool, used as an incident report, will allow you to collect data such as the duration of the teams' intervention, the systems affected, the routes taken, etc. Your security agents or firemen have gone to the incident to intervene quickly!
