About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to help scale our B2B enterprise software product. Do you want to help develop our Sky-Walker Integration Platform and thereby make customers even more satisfied? Are you a problem solver who is good at asking questions to clarify the wishes and needs of the customer? Then this job is for you! You are able to clearly suggest technical solutions to the customer and then develop this function. You know how to distinguish between main and side issues. You are independent and have a real go-getter mentality.

You will work independently for customers in Belgium & Netherlands and you will be responsible for complex projects in the field of integration for confirmed and security systems. You are the point of contact on location, finding technical solutions and you are an important link between the customer, subcontractors, and our internal organization.

Your core tasks include configuring, implementing, testing, and maintaining our software. Here you have a nice variety to carry out work in the office and on location. Of course, you cannot do all this alone, you can always count on friendly colleagues and you carry out all projects under the supervision of the international operations manager and/or project manager.

About you

• You are initiative-oriented, solution-oriented, and accurate
• You understand the principles of good software implementation techniques
• You have some knowledge about system integration
• You are very familiar with working within a Windows environment
• You are able to deliver within a given deadline
• You are able to handle unexpected situations in a calm and effective manner
• You have analytical and good communication skills 
• You are able to offer support and maintenance for existing customers
  

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s in IT or a related field
• Previous experience as a Junior System Engineer is a plus but not a must
  

Technical Skills

• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Office 365 experience is a plus
• Yetiforce knowledge is a plus
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
