• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software and security industries to keep sharpening your skills.
• You have a perfect spoken and written knowledge of English.
• You have minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in a commercial (preferably partner development) role in the ICT software industry. Experience in security/safety or building management is considered a big plus.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or you have a Bachelor-level reasoning level: You are able to analyse complex situations, think critically, and make well-informed decisions.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset: You are a self-starter with a proactive approach to driving business growth and seizing new opportunities.
• You have strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships.
• You have proven commercial and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at C-level.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills: You are able to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and execute strategies that lead to successful outcomes.
• You are autonomous yet collaborative: While you thrive independently and take ownership of your projects, you're also a team player who values collaboration and supports your colleagues.
