The Position
To further expand our company, we are looking for a Business Developer for our Belgian office.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
✅ Proactively establishing new B2B relationships with end customers and integrators (mainly multi-site clients) in Belgium and Luxembourg to generate new business, with potential expansion to international projects in the future.

✅ Developing strategies for further market exploration.

✅ Managing and expanding your existing client portfolio.

✅ Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and colleagues, creating tailored solutions with the help of virtual teams.

✅ Keeping detailed records in the CRM system and regularly consulting with the sales manager and your team.

✅ This is a hybrid position: you will primarily work in the field, with some time spent at our Diepenbeek office.
The Role Suits You Because
✅ You are fluent in Dutch, with a good spoken knowledge of French and English.

✅ You hold a higher education degree or you have relevant experience in business development, preferably in software applications.

✅ You have experience (preference) or minimum a strong affinity with IT, software, and technology.

✅ You are familiar with modern B2B sales strategies and you are able to apply them efficiently.

✅ You are a true commercial go-getter, intrinsically motivated to achieve sales targets.

✅ You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain a solid network.

✅ You are proactive and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.

✅ You are persistent and resilient.

✅ You are a true team player who can also work independently.
